Our Leadership

Our board are all former Canterbury golf representatives with over 170 years of combined playing experience. This golfing talent, combined with the financial, legal and entrepreneurial experience within the board, flows directly through the business, to our retailers and those who play our brands.

Brett Tucker – Managing Director, Shareholder. Brett has over two decades of senior representative golf experience at both local and provincial level. He won the Canterbury Amateur title in 1990 and has played in a number of Open tournaments.

Brett has over 25 years of experience in the golf industry having started with PGF in the early 1980’s as a big-hitting teenage golfer. He has managed a number of leading global brands including Callaway and Hogan. Brett was instrumental in the launch and domination of the Optima golf ball, as well as a number of highly successful PGF brands including Southpaw, Lady Futura and Future Star.

Brett is regarded for his technical knowledge of product, supply-chain management and his customer focus. He has passion for the PGF brand and growing the game with juniors

Wayne Tucker – Director, Shareholder. Wayne’s representative golf career spanned 45 years. He has built a highly successful retail and direct marketing business based on extensive industry experience and market innovation.

Geoff Saunders – Director, Shareholder. Geoff is a Senior Partner in Saunders Robinson, a legal firm that specialises in commercial and sports law. Geoff has had a long representative golf career and continues to advise golf related businesses and organisations.

Richard Peate – Director, Shareholder. Richard holds a number of directorships, bringing wide commercial experience at the executive level to the group.
